Do you desire to truly draw closer to the LORD? Do you desire, like Paul, to count everything else in your life but dung? Do you long to be crucified with Christ, so that it is no more you that liveth, but Christ that liveth in you? Do you long to abide in his presence, and for him to abide in you? May the LORD ever deepen our heart's desire to draw closer and closer to the living God. May our heart and even our flesh long for the living God; may we thirst for the fountains of living water that only he can give us to drink from. May he create a hunger and a thirst for HIM and HIS righteousness that only HE can satisfy. And may our soul learn to be satiated and satisfied with the abundance of HIS goodness. May you seek HIM afresh. May your hearts seek HIM and live. May you cry out to the living God and find rest only in HIM. Because it is only through DESIRE that a man separateth himself and seeketh and intermeddleth with the wisdom and ways of the living God. May his heart ever draw you into the closeness of fellowship with HIM that can only be found in Christ Jesus our Lord. And may you indeed count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ. And may you find in HIM, all that your heart ever longed for and more than you could have ever even dreamed or thought. "Come to the fountain so rich and sweet! Cast thy poor soul at the Saviour's feet; plunge in today and be made complete! Glory to HIS name!"
