Proverbs 16:13

"Righteous lips are the delight of kings; and they love him that speaketh right."

Truly, righteous lips are the delight of both him that begets, and all those that are begotten of HIM. For we know that every one that doth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. And truly, the righteous LORD loveth righteousness, but him that loveth violence his soul hateth. What are our hearts and souls and minds filled with? Because ultimately, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. This is why it is of the utmost importance that we seek the LORD with all our hearts to be purified in heart and soul, and be steadfast and right in spirit with our Lord. If we truly be crucified with Christ, and it is no more us that liveth, but Christ in us, then how can our lips utter perverse things? For in him is no sin; and his words are spirit and they are life. And all that proceeds from our Lord's mouth is both faithful and true; for HE is holy and true, and everything he spoke was a delight to both the Father in heaven and to all the children of God upon earth. For he had (and has) the words of eternal life.

And so, what proceeds from our mouths? What words come forth of our lips? Do our words and our conversation please the LORD and bring a sweet smelling savor to the One who loved us and died for us? Or do mouths utter perverse things, defiled in spirit and in tongue? Let us search our hearts and try our ways before the LORD of hosts; let us forsake our thoughts and our opinions and our judgments and our reasonings and return to the LORD of hosts and he will have mercy upon us. Let us cleanse our hands and purify our hearts through sorrow and weeping and suffering so that our hearts might be clean vessels worthy to bear the Spirit and words of life. And then, if our hearts and souls are filled with HIS righteous words that proceed from HIS righteous lips, then our lips shall become a delight to our Father in heaven; and all the saints both in heaven and earth along with our great King of kings, our Lord Jesus Christ, shall love us and love when we speak, because we speak not according to the old man that was corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, but we will speak by the Spirit, and all that the Spirit teacheth is right. "For the word of the LORD is right, and all his works are done in truth."
