Psalm 24 describes the One who is worthy to ascend into the hill of the LORD. It describes the One for whom the gates and doors of heaven will swing wide open. This is the One who is worthy to enter into the presence of the Father and approach to his throne and sit down at his right hand of power! Who is this King of Glory? Well it is none other than the LORD JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF! Jesus told the Jews to search the Old Testament Scriptures because they testify all about HIM. After Jesus rose from the dead when he appeared to two of his disciples that were walking from Jerusalem to Emmaus, he opened up the Old Testament Scriptures to them and revealed himself through the things that were written long before his coming. While Jesus can be found all throughout the Old Testament in type and pictures, this series takes the believers through key passages in the Old Testament to show where Jesus was literally there: speaking, moving, and working with man.
